I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 17 years of experience with various client populations. My treatment focus and passion is working with complex trauma and substance use. I am trained in relevant approaches remaining current with the psychological needs that society presents. Consequently, I have developed a style that helps you relate to yourself, others and the world with self-confidence and compassion. I am also very interested in unique approaches to treating complex trauma, addiction and PTSD including the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Imagine waking up every morning feeling confident, happy and present with yourself and others. How great would that feel? My philosophy can be summed up in those words and since I have been working with others over the past 15 years I have deepened my understanding of how to live my life with purpose and direction while helping others do the same.


I have taken the time to explore corresponding modalities that align with my understanding of wellbeing. This includes working and training with shamans in ceremonial settings locally and abroad, obtaining my Buddhist vows, training in healing modalities and exploring alternative approaches to life such as Eastern Philosophy, Yoga and mystical traditions of religion.  

Life can get difficult, unpredictable and chaotic. I care about your well-being and help you determine how to best live your life. I offer realistic approaches that help you get in touch with yourself and what you need to develop to navigate the many obstacles that life brings to you.
